Mr Kolim is restaurant owner, based just east of the Welsh border, in the beautiful county of Shropshire. Mr Kolim found himself in a temporary cash flow situation, which resulted him in potentially losing his restaurant business, due to bailiffs turning up threatening to remove goods.
